Iowa Summer Music Camps utilizes an online registration form and credit card payment system. Please note that payment is due at the time the online registration form is submitted. The student is not considered registered for camp until payment is made. Saxophone and flute players, scroll down for registration instructions specific to your instruments!

Do you want to stay on campus with other campers during your session?
Housing is limited and rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Once all available rooms have been assigned, no additional resident campers can be accepted.

Saxophone Students:

Flute Students:
Contact Professor Nicole Esposito (nicole-esposito@uiowa.edu) directly for information. Professor Esposito will provide the link to the flute camp registration form for flute campers.
Cost
- Commuter Camper: Tuition alone = $375.00 (Meals not included)
- Resident Camper Option 1: Housing (Double Occupancy)+Meals+Tuition = $685.00
- Resident Camper Option 2: Housing (Single Occupancy)+Meals+Tuition = $750.00
Resident campers will be housed in Catlett Hall, which is a newer, air-conditioned residence hall on the main UI campus, about a 15-minute walk to Voxman Music Building.
Housing is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Housing requests will be honored to the extent possible based on room availability, but a student who requests a single occupant room may be assigned to a double occupant room if that is the only remaining room option. If that occurs, the parent/guardian will be contacted for permission to make the assignment and the difference in the cost of housing ($75.00) will be refunded.

Iowa Summer Music Camps Scholarship
The Brian Cretzmeyer Trust for Young Musicians provides financial assistance to deserving students who demonstrate financial need in order to attend the Iowa Summer Music Camps. These funds could be applied to cover tuition, fees, and housing costs.
Requirements: Must be accepted into the Iowa Summer Music Camps to receive support and demonstrate financial need to attend the ISMC.
Value: The amount of each award is variable, and based on need and availability of funds. Funding resources are limited so applying for a scholarship does not guarantee an award.
Application Deadline: 5:00PM on Friday, April 25
